RESUMO

This thesis develops an application of the Input-Output methodology oriented to represent the dynamic evolution of economic systems submitted to macro-objectives which reflect distinct development policies. Diversified investment strategies in productive capacity and human resources formation define the mentioned economic evolution, and the model allows the follow-up of the impacts induced by technological innovation which transform the economic sectors behavior. Changes in productive capacity, in sectors production, in employment and in the human resources formation system, as well in national income, measure the economic system innovation induced transformation
