RESUMO

In order to avaluate the performance of Hazen-Williams, Flamant and Universal s equations, associated to Christiansen and distribution on the march s (1/m+1 and 1/3) coefficients in the head loss calculate in lateral lines of localized irrigation, this study was made in the Limeira campus of UNICAMP. Laterallines of localized irrigation was utilized for minisprinlding with minisprinklers MA-70 and MA-120 of Dantas Irrigação Ltda mark, drip irrigation "on-line" of Asbrasil Aspersão do Brasil S/A mark, Drip Irrigation of Dantas Irrigação Ltda mark, and with the, "xique-xique" sistem. Each line with around 100m of lenght. The lines were installed in a test unit fit out with : a centrifugal pump, a drawer valve, a regulate valve ofpressure and flow stabilizer chamber. Experimentaly was determinated ofhead loss trough the line for the pipe without insert emittings and for the pipe with insert emittings. These determinations was made for five pressures in the line beginning, and for each pressure was measured the flow rate. Embased on the data obtained, was determinated the right equation associated to correction coefficient tOOtdiscribe the hidraulic beOOveof sistem in a better way. Trough the avaliation of results, was notired tOOtfor the head loss calculation in pipe without inset emittings, the Universal s equation shoued better results with medial deviation around 10 %. For the line with insert emittings, minisprinkling and drip irrigation "on-line" the Universal s equation associated to distribution on the march coefficient showed better results, with maximum deviation around 3 %. The line for the "xiquexique" sistem showed superiors deviation because the variation in the emittings. The drip irrigation line "in-line" showed maximum deviations of 1% with the utilization of the Universal s equation associated to distribuition on the march s coefficient and with the equivalent length (l,Olm), determined to the emitter. Was notied that the C ofthe Hazen-Williams and b ofthe Flamant varied with the Reynolds s number. The minisprinklers, although c1assificated good according as the ABNT - Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas, the flow rate variation between two minisprinklers working simultaneously was superior to 10%
