RESUMO

Ahead of the utility and applicability demonstrated for the studies on the reverse supply chain, the present work studied the Reverse Supply Chain of the Glass Packaging in Recife/PE, generating the mapping of the information on the involved agents. The used methodology is composed for the bibliographical, documentary, descriptive research, through contacts right-handers by means of the application of half-structuralized interviews and questionnaires together to each group of participant agents of the reverse supply chain of after-I consume of the glass packaging in Recife/PE. They had been explored and analyzed information on the degree of influence of economic, technological, logistics, legislative and ecological the factors on each group of agents. The gotten results had shown to the high degree of influence attributed to the economic and logistics factors for the agents of the reverse supply chain and had resulted in an subsidy so that the involved organizations in this chain have knowledge of the information on its functioning and can search the development of partnerships and investments in shares based on the degrees of influence of the analyzed factors
