RESUMO

The distribution system of television signals in Brazil is already in process of transition where the analog and digital technologies are being transmitted in parallel. One of the most important goals of the deployment of Digital TV in the country is the possibility of social inclusion for millions of Brazilians through access to digital technology, for the presence of television in more than 90% households. Another important goal is to make universal the distance education through the availability of T-Learning applications, which will provide education to a large proportion of the population. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the feasibility of completing the distance learning through the digital TV applications with local interactivity
