RESUMO

This work shows a low power switch-mode power supply test station, controlled by a software which process the collected information through the use of a data acquisition board, allowing test report generation and data storage in a reliable way. One of the objectives of this station is to increase the equipment tested volume in a production line, as well as providing an efficient control of the test results by process automatization, increasing results reliability and allowing a more effective quality control. The system is composed by two fundamental blocks: the power module and the signal processing module. The power module is composed by an input voltage variation circuit and an electronic load. The signal processing module is composed by a data acquisition board, a control software, a graphical interface and report generation software. The software was developed in a LabVIEW environment from National Instruments. Although there is similar product in the market, this product was developed with the main objective of low cost goal, achieved by project customization, with the quality comparable to the existing systems.
