RESUMO

Abstract Based on the experience developed by peasant´s organizations of the Cordoba’s province (Argentina) over land struggles and its tensions with the legal system, the article recovers the alternative and dissident uses that, taking advantage of law´s contradictory character, subjects pursues to resist the status quo. At the same time, we pay attention to the meaning and senses that struggles and resistance practices have for peasants.
