The results show that are many factors to be considered for guarantying the concrete and real inclusion of the deaf in the regular school. It was possible to visualize, from parents and teachers discourses that there is a constant exclusion of the deaf in the linguistics contexts, in a family and in school. So the deaf children are at disadvantage, specially, in relation to their literacy. The CAES ends up being only place where the deaf children can have access to concepts and constitute themselves from their bilingual condition.
