RESUMO
This study shows the educational and healthy aspects at after-modernity. With the great changes and urbanization in this globalized world the biomedical health model isnt enough and offer space to the promotion of health, to give a good quality of the life of the people; the messy expansion of the public school network , isnt doing its bit at the informative and formative function. The regulation, the order and the formal logic that was supported the society was changed by the emancipation with a wide-ranging vision about the reality giving value to different related knowledge to solve problems with efficiency to obtain effective results. The health and the education are international rights and in Brazil, assured by the Federal Constitution (1988); this study d checked by a qualitative research how the health theme s been studied at public school in the elementary course. Had been interviewee teachers, pedagogical coordinators, directors and under directors at the best and the worst schools at an specific scholar region, according the result in a official and annual assessment about the academic performance and the development index to know how they work the health, what they think, what they suggest , what they expect and to built the Collective Speech Subject using the Qualiquanti software proposal by Lefèvre e Lefèvre to think about the education in health. Is it a problem more or any way for any solution? They think that its a problem
