Educação corporativa e desenvolvimento humano : análise do programa de bolsas de estudos para professores e funcionários de uma instituição de ensino superior do Distrito Federal

RESUMO

This research aimed to analyze the knowledge and the synergy that managers and employees have in relation to the Faculty/Staff Tuition Fellowships Program (PBPF) of a private University in Distrito Federal. The research sample was comprised of administrative staff and teachers, grantee with PBFB. Qualitative analysis was used in this case study. Data was collected through documental analysis, semi-structured interview and questionnaires. The literature review focused on the human resource management area processes, corporate education and benefits policies which promotes professional training and human development to its employees. The results showed that managers and employees realize the importance of PBPF but need more integration to discuss program goals and guidelines. Furthermore, it was found that managers question the way the program is used by employees and the same is questioned by the staff about Program management. Among the suggestions presented in order to improve PBPF, it was highlighted the expansion of the benefit to other family members, beyond the currently contemplated, the provision of opportunities for students (employees) and further clarification and attendance of PBPF rules (by managers).
