RESUMO
The objective of this study was to demonstrate the importance of the continued education for teachers through the arrangement of a group of studies, articulating, by means of the collaborative learning, the integration of computers technology to teaching. It began by the idea that the knowledge production needs to be seen as a social construction on environments that propitiate the interaction, where a group needs to work together to reach its objectives. Therefore, the school, as a formation environment, may be benefited by collaborative learning, whose foundations are the active participation and the interaction by students as well as teachers. Furthermore, in the contemporary society, the work market requirements change rapidly, and currently, the differential of the human being resides, on his/her ability of learning, cooperating, being flexible and creative in front of new situations. Moreover, it was intended to demonstrate that Informatics and Education should be allied in the advancement of the learning process, and the computer should be used as a resource, a transforming instrument of the learning environment. And, for such demonstration, this research, of qualitative nature, with participation of the researcher, consisted of a group of studies with 26 participants. The study began from a historical analysis of bibliographical revision on the proposed subject matter and is supported by the theoretical foundations of Vygotsky, Nitzke, Behrens, Perrenoud, Novoa, Candau, Figueiredo, Mercado, Demo, Tardif, Arroyo, Freire, Matos and Alcantara. As result, the study demonstrated that with the collaborative work is possible to transform the teaching and learning activities into an efficient and collective construction, stimulating the wish for studying, researching and discovering.
