RESUMO

Dynamic physical exercise and those realised in long time can result in an elevation of histamine (HA) level in blood and other tissues, besides of classic hormones. This research compared the HA levels in gastrocnemius and cardiac muscles on physical exercise: short term (SEG-SRC) and long term swimmg (T). The efficacy of long-term swimming was confirmed by histologic method (H/E). The determination of the HA levels was done by fluorimetric assay.
