RESUMO

This study result from an empirical research that analyses the lifes trajectory of four people who live in a community involved in recycling trash work in Maceió, Alagoas. Participating observation techniques for daily lifes analysis and semi-estructered interviews to re-construct their lifes histories ( defined as the main empirical material) were used for this research. It focused on the meaning atributed to the experiences lived every day, resulting from analysis of the me-another pair as unities of signification, processing subjective senses on the journey elaborated by the subject on private life and public lifes discovery. To understand the empirical material aiming to consider the subjective dimension of Sustaintabilitys paradigm, we choose references from Social Historical Psychology ( the two main elements are : the subjectivitys production od everydays sharing and affection as an ethical political phenomenon based on Vygotsky, Heller, Gonzáles-Rey and Sawaiaa ideas) and Philosophy and Politics ( comprehending through Arendts idea of human condition made of private and public livesdimensions, their separation putting men into loneliness and isolation of a house / village or in a break up of daily life in the streets and in the city). The empirical materials analysis proved that the daily meetings, even those around the garbage area, re-meant in the intersubjectivitys way, allowed human diversity to get arguments discussion, projects and interests ( from the workers, the associated ones, those who cross their way, people from Public Power) and where you can assume that the sterile point of view makes them uncapable of readind their own reality, the four characters try to overcome, in different ways, the suffering they live and wish to be realized as human projects. That means that condition is re-meant beyond biological survival, where other subjective senses are elaborated to their existences as human subjects. The study focuses the dimension of an Ethical State as Home State, therefore everybodys home and truly humans habitat instituting an Ethic od care of the subject, coming up with the extreme attitude when it comes to urban environments economy/ecology. It is important to realize and understand , for the elaboration of public politics, the evil mechanisms of exploration of people who are not aware of their rights and make them belong to human comunitty and share their heritage, values and cultural meanings, but included in a perverted way, by the exploration of their daily work at the production of richness for recycling trade which is already established. It is important to intervene, but not to lose their authonomys potencial showed and their personal and collective projects sketched in the village nowadays and make it possible to avoid their suffering and help the subject not to reduce himself / herself to the environmental / human degradation. Concluding, it is proposed the subjects recovering as a theorical-empirical question, that as long as it is dynamic, alive and susceptible to changes and socially-historically situated, appears as step and shaft to watch the subjective aspects that constitute the Ethical-Political dimension of the whole development process.
