Disposições de bicos para aplicação de herbicida em jato dirigido na cana-de-açucar (Saccharum spp)

RESUMO
This work reports a study developed to permit the use of non-selective herbicide in postemergence application on reinfcsted areas of sugarcane crops for weeds control. The research was developed in three stages. In the tirst ç)l1e,the available nozzles in the market which are indicated for minimum dritl applications were chosen. The sclected nozzles were: Turbof1oodjet Tf- Ys2; Floodjet Tkss.50; TT VP 11002; XI teejet 11002bs; XR teejet 11003YS); Off-center Oc-04; Twinjet Tj-60 l1006vs; DG Teejet 11002vs; DG Teejet 11003vs. Afterwards it was done an analysisof the individualnozzles behavior based on the following parameters: deposition patterns, density,VMD and wet area. Abo the efl ect of the equipment speed during the application was analyzed. lt was observed that at higher speed the wet area decreased. On the second stage, several nozzles combinationswere analyzed,by considering a deposition pattern, where 80% of the sprayed volume must be applied in the inter-rows and 20% on the rows of the crop for a spacing of 1,40m. To obtain the deposition pattern with this characteristics, the angle of the nozzle in relation to the horizontal plan was also changed, beyond the variable height and spacing. On the third stage, a bar with lateral protection was constructed tal application in directed spray using the parameters obtained in the previous stages. The bar could be regulated by severalway for obtainingthe desired deposition pattern. The concept of adjustment devcloped to bar in directed spray is the innovationon form apply non-sclective herbicide in several crop. Over and above that, her construction price is insignificant and your coupling is made in conventional sprayer. The device was tcsted in the field for weeds controlling on a 90 days sugar cane crop. The herbicide used was the Roundup (Glyphosate, 360 g/I ofi.e.). The results showed a good control as in the inter-row as in the row of the crop. Ninety percent of ali weeds were controlled. The phitotoxi~y on the crop was practically null levei according to the EWRC scale
