RESUMO

Law, society and effectiveness of the final decision. It refers a scientific research of constitutional, social and juridical nature with emphasis in the social, especially the citizenship and the human being s dignity, and it intends, likewise, the study of the final decision as social fact. The Law possesses characteristic of social phenomenon and it stands out relevant to its perception in a social and juridical perspective. The exam of the effectiveness of the fundamental rights is inserted in that context, as well as the respective approach about the constitutional adaptation of the sentence. In that sense, among other points, this paper examines the constitutional panorama, the outlines of the sociological subject of the Law and the adaptation of the sentence, the final decision and its constitutional pertinence, the effectiveness of the citizenship and of the human being s dignity through the final decision, and its juridical and social effectiveness. These subjects ___ law, social fact, Constitution, social and juridical matter, sentence, citizenship, dignity of the human being ___ are put in the dayly of the society and of the Law. It reveals that is evident the bond between the study, the research, and the master s degree in Economic and Social-environmental Law, in which the essence of the social is specially highlighted, and it also gets used to the Societies and Right research area and
