RESUMO
The main aim of this study is to analyze the autonomy of judicial review process (constitutional process law) as a part of constitutional law We study the procedural elements of judicial review for a better understanding of his structure We realize a specific analysis and we systematize the processual elements of judicial review as an autonomous model of process and as a part of constitutional law
