Dictyostelium discoideum: a New Method for Cloning in Liquid Medium
AUTOR(ES)
Anderson, James J.
RESUMO
Dictyostelium discoideum can be cloned in droplets of liquid medium by a method that permits observation of the complete life cycle. This alternative to solidified media provides advantages in clonal analysis.
