RESUMO

This work discusses the standardization and application of the dynamic method to measure solubility in pseudo temary system. Chapter 1 brief1y discusses and summarizes the work and Chapter 2 presents the literature review. Chapter 3 consists of a manuscript to be published in the "The Joumal of Supercritical Fluid" with the following abstract: "This paper discusses the application of the dynamic method to measure the solubility in pseudo-temary systems formed by vegetable raw materiaIs (cellulosic structure + solute) and CO2. For aromatic, medicinal, and spice plants, the soluble portion of the solid is formed of essential oils, oleoresins, pigments, and various substances from several other classes of organic compounds.
