RESUMO

This study focuses through the methodological boarding of the life history, the insertion of the black racial question in two federal universities of Bahia. Thematic through the implied narratives the process of formation of professors, the insertion of the ethnic-racial question in the resumes and the politcs for the fairness in a complex perspective, with focus in the resume theories chores from the multirreferencial apport, of the multiculturalism and thought anti-colonial in education.
