Das margens do rio ao interior do discurso : de ribeirinhos a sem rios

RESUMO

The aim of this research is to interpret and problematize what mean and sense effects are produced by discursive event of expropriation of the riverine ones (potters, fishermen and farmer) and, specifically, to interpret the representations about and of that, show power relations and investigate the confront among its discursive formations (DFs) constituted in the moment of exit of their origin local and later removing to the Nova Porto João André district, in Bataguassu-MS, caused by building of the Engenheiro Sérgio Motta hydroelectric, in 2000, in Porto Primavera, located near of the Riverside Paraná, border São Paulo with Mato Grosso do Sul. Supported by Michel Pêcheux (1988, 1990), since founding of the concepts and procedures of French line of Discourse Analysis and the philosopher Michel Foucault (1996), due to his discusses about power-knowledge, exclusion and resistance. In order to do that, we choose passages from two VHS devices up, such as: Os sem rios and Últimas imagens do Iate Club Rio Verde e dos lugares mais próximos do Iate antes das águas subirem, documentaries which show the brook subjects vision face to the progress of the alienation of river bank, in moment of occurrence of the Porto Primavera Lake. From the point of view, the capitalist development constitutes an inequality in the social relations: by one hand, theres who has power, by other, therere the supposedly excluded, into that are the brook subjects. The methodology adopted followed such steps: selection and clipping of the enunciates of/on the brook subject; organization of a data base; groupings of enunciates according to the sequence concerning to the discursive event alienation of ones propriety of the brook subjects. The work is composed by three chapters: the first includes concepts of French line of the Discourse Analysis utilized in this research, according to our objectives; the second chapter makes links from concepts to the production conditions, having the alienation of river bank as a discursive event and making value history about taking advantage of the rivers, hydroelectric building and environment impacts. So, the third chapter procedures the analysis of the enunciates, organized according to chronology of brook subjects speeches, narrator and leaderships, in relation of the origin place; of the life in edge of the river; their relation with nature; of exit the edge of the river; of the compensation process; asks about the silence on formation of the lake and flooding of the region in the which they had lived before, and, after all, we reflect about designations: from brook subjects to without rivers. As a result, it was verified subject produce discourse from the excluded position, though, in the ideological conflicts, motivated by discursive event, it has changed its identification with fundamental discursive formation to identify with the right subject, which demands for it and others, besides ground, changes in the way to be of the capitalist system. The discourse has assumed the fight and resistance forms, into such, fight against exclusion, since it allows the ascension and exercise of power through inscription in the discursive universe, resulting in a process of reconstitution and reconfiguration those subjects.
