Critérios para avaliação de livros didáticos de química para o ensino médio

RESUMO
he didact book, due to its great influence over the teaching/ learning process, presents an important meaning in the high school. Therefore, the choice must be done with criterion, considering different features being connected with its didact broaching and the context of its students and school, activity which teachers normaly dont feel well prepared. Because of it, this research has as its objetive to propose an instrument that helps teachers to analyse and to evaluate Didacts Chemistry Books - DBC- to the higt school, through the criterions presented in the literature. For that, discussions are presented about the didact book telling about the historical evolution of this didact resort and its many functions. Therefore, a discussion about its evaluation criterions is presented. For the evaluations of the real necessity to present DCB evaluation instrument, first of all, a lifting of the Chemistry teachers of high school in the Distrito Federal about their concepts was done telling the criterions applied by them selecting the books to be adopted. The analysis of the results of this evaluation showed that the teachers dont use concepts based in researches on the science teaching field to choose the DCB, standing out the most subjetive factors, just as subject, exercise and price. From the analysis of the teachers reality and of the research in the literature, in the Chemistry teaching and about didact books, evaluationing DCBs, to the high school, a group of criterions was established, being connected whith the following aspects: pictures, editorial graphic aspect and textual, language, theachers book, experimental activities, historical aspects connected whit the knowledge constrution, social aspects broaching, context of the chemistrys concepts and Chemistrys contents and methodological broaching of the Chemistrys contents. The evaluatins criterions were organized in the software to Evaluatins of the Chemistry Didacts Books -SECDB- developed in the Windows Excell also compatible whit the Linux software, doing an instrument that explained by itself. Using the SECDB, was tried to develop making easier the manipulation and the joint of the datas by evaluator. Through the SECDB, its hoped that high school teachers obtain a group of important and real informations which grow a detailed and clear analysis of the didacts books avaiable. Besides, this instrument also has the functions to do the tachears to see, in more critical way to the Chemistry Didact Books. Its intended, in this way, that the didacts handbook emineted by this evaluation will be right and clever with the educational objectives and brings conditions to form free, critical, participant citizens.
