RESUMO

Support by the growing of digital cities projects, the main goal of this work is to propose an architecture and an organizational model of information exchange in a digital city building an infrastructure of deploying and consumption of services by citizens. This model aim to promote citizen access to city services and provide easy and wide digital media availability and dissemination of these services to public and private initiative through the architecture presented. So we can ensure that the information or service can be quickly located and exchanged between the public and private sectors, thus creating a rise in the local economy. This model is validated through the development of a Community Portal built on a peer-to peer (P2P) and based on the MVC (Model-View-Controller) modified(four layers).
