RESUMO
The essay deals with the phenomenon of economical concentration and the influence of corporate groups. In the beginning, it shows the appearence of corporate groups and their importance on the current days based on the economic scenario and their treatments in the Positive Law, specially considering the Corporate Law. Furthermore,it points out the characteristics of the group of companies, their classication and their corporate entity. From the point of view of Law, the author shows the characteristics of the pioneer German legislation an its effects on the Brazilian legal system, specially the Law of business corporation in force. In the Brazilian Law it is studied the types of corporate groups that coexist in the economical scenario of the current days. The work is completed mentioning the necessity of a sekf-discipline of Law of corporate groups.
