RESUMO

In order to comprehend the interaction between body and poetry in the work of the contemporary poet and performer Mirà (JoÃo FlÃvio Cordeiro Silva), this piece compiles moments of corporeality in the reception of this art through History, since the troubadours, passing by the experiences with the body as support for poetry, in the XXth century, until reaching the present poetics of corporeal expression, such as the slam and the recitals. Based on this information, the contemporary context of this poetics is drawn, approaching the historical background that propiciated its configuration in Brazil (the young, alternative poetry of the seventies) and introducing the work of Mirà inside this perspective, since his first lines up to his latest creations. after the historical panorama, this dissertation shows the Corpoeticity of MirÃâs literature, i.e., the relevance of the body and the city to the effectiveness of this poetics, in its three dialetics: the poetry shape in the body, this body inhabitting the city and the presence of the city in his poetry
