RESUMO
This study aimsto discuss, argue and revealthrough a research quali-qualitative how the activities and journey of teachers produce suffering and weakness in their bodies. Its a research that aims to analyse the relation between work and healthy and quality of life, visualizing teh inter-relation about the challenges and alternatives in the graduation abd practice of the teacher. The research studies the phenomenon called Bournout s Syndrome. Deepering the reflections it based the theory that the quality of life, like is defined for Mundial Health Organization and for the cceitual table of psychology and psicossomatic. This study used two instruments of research: the WHOQOL-100-Portuguese- contracted-version and the questionnaire research Economic Profile, Teacher Work conditions and health- São Paulo, 2003 ( adapted). The sample, colected through questionnaire, was composed for 80 teachers, from a city in São Paulo State. The results said that the teacher bodies are suffered, sick. The investigation shows the relevance of discussion of this theme in courses of formation to clear and prevent the teachers. The reasearch points to the need of changes that incorporate the explanations and discussions about the Syndrome in the Syllabus and in the practice of teachers graduation. Its a challenge for all of us.(AU)
