RESUMO

The thesis refers to the introduction or emphasis of the corporal work in the formation and formation in teachers service, to increase its solemnity-knowledge and human development, facilitating the reflection on the pedagogic practice, through the improvement of the human relationships in the daily school, particularly with its students. Starting from the experiences lived together for teachers of the fundamental teaching, of an unit of teaching of the Municipal City hall of Bauru, in the State of São Paulo, in the sections of a program of corporal activities, it was notable the reflection exercise and the participants personal discoveries. After each section, the teachers began to comment on the corporal exercises and through the dialogue guided to the objectives of the program, they arrived to the discussion of themes of the daily, where the school and the class room were always presents. With that participant research, the reached results evidence that the studied group faces the crisis ofthe professional devaluation, undertaking an intimate and own effort to maintain its self-esteem and elevated solemnity-image, for they execute the exercise of the profession dignity. However, that aspect is rarely assisted by the improvement courses that are offered by the institutional administration. There are flaws in the formation and professional performance, besides the estrangement between the academic production and the pedagogic practice, to be overcome. Therefore, considering the happiness as objective of the Education, I defend that all the courses of teachers formation, as well as the one of continuous education, begin for the body of the educational ones, driving them to the knowledge of itself and to the possibility of construction of the knowledge with the other ones
