RESUMO

This research has as its study object the affectivity in the teaching work, analyzing the importance of the play and psychological ? body experience at the teacher formation. It has been researched, ruled on the analyze of the ambiguity from the teachers as professionals, that permeate the crises about teachers activity during this century, facing the pressures and exigencies that come from the social changes, the techno -scientific rationality, from the pulverization of docent work, from the featureless of this action and its reflexes in the pedagogic practice. It is tried, this way, to understand how these facts can be responsible for the emotional exhaustion, the low personal engagement in the activity that is executed, taking the leading the teacher to a discomfort, to the lost of sense in his/her action, to a disenchantment with his/her practice. At the same time, it is discussed the importance of the play at the professional formation, in the affective investment and renew the enchantment of the teacher in his/her work. The theoretical referential was based on the historical materialism by Karl Marx about the ontological functions and the work alienation; in a Psychological, Social, Historical approach, about affectivity; in the researches about docent discomfort and in the analyses about the teacher formation, in the experts and researchers of the about play and activities play-corporal . The qualitatively investigation was made mediated by a case study involving twenty-five teachers from the Public Education System , high school, linked to the mainly schools situated in Salvador City, Bahia. The research concluded that the play-corporal activities in the teachers formation represents an efficient strategy to face the adversities, on amplifying the conscious and acting in its energetic-affective balance. This way, they can help to formulate politics turned to docent formation and to avoid sickness caused by the job of this category.
