RESUMO

This research has the objective of development and necessary adaptations to the use of tools proceeding from engineering of production and Lean Construction, as well the Last Planner technique, to fill this lack of planning and control of production and supply in civil construction. More specifically, in the scope of construction site composites by edifications. The technique of Last Planner foresees the use of two tools for production planning, Lookahead and Weekly Work Plan, which had been adapted to the necessity and reality of Brazilian companies. By using those tools, it was realized the great influence of supplying problems to the production goals. This demonstrated the lack of a specific control procedure to organize and to legalize all the supply goals to be reached during the planned period, to guarantee support to the production. A spreadsheet for this purpose was developed. In order to verify its validity and limitations, the spreadsheets had been applied in three constructions sites of residential buildings with multiple floors. The discussion of the results proceeding from this implantation proves the contribution waited for production planning problematic in civil construction. It was also concluded that the research besides filling the lack of tools for planning and controlling of the production and supply adapted to the reality of the Brazilian civil construction, also it brings a method for analysis of the results, making possible an instantaneous diagnosis of the sectors related to the production of the company
