RESUMO

The work about the rounded reality is the way by the man mobilizes the circle actionknowledge- action that allows him to produce knowledge and the ways of his survival as individual and member of social group. The work is, also, mediator in the improvement process of the “professional human being”, that is rendered by a conditioned way resulting from factors related to the proper worker – the intervenial subjective conditions, and the environmental conditions in which the work is developed – the objective intervenial conditions. Based on this perspective, starting from information collected by a group of Sciences’ teachers that work with classes from 5ª up to 8ª series of the Fundamental Teaching in the state schools of Campinas region, state of São Paulo, the searcher tried to know the conditions in which these teachers produce knowledge and develop their pedagogical work, including the teaching of the Sciences curricular component. The analysis of the collected information became evident that the subjective and objective intervenial conditions in which these Sciences’ teachers develop their pedagogical activities present incompatibilities that difficult the production of fundamental knowledge on this pedagogical work. The analysis became evident, also, that these conditions, how they present themselves, are described as needed but not sufficient for the development of the qualified pedagogical work.
