RESUMO

This work aims at identify action, from the information necessities of managers and insured of the Proper Regimen of Social Welfare of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, that the procedures of search and use of the information of supported and transparent form make possible, making possible the decentralization accomplish of the activities and the attribution of responsibilities in the decision without that if he loses the global coherence of the performance. In compliance with the lines of direction of the model of management of the Brazilian social welfare, it searches resulted that they demonstrate to the best possible exploitation of the resources of the providence and on which if develop the necessary image of efficiency and good management, basic for the guarantee of the social stability. Leaving of a qualitative boarding, it develops a research of applied nature, having as objective the exploration, based in the research-action procedure, combining the techniques of documentary analysis, individual interview and focal group for the collection of data. The analysis of the results discloses aspects that will be able to contribute for one better agreement of the relations between managers, systems of information and technology of the information, and points alternatives that become effective more its processes of search and use of the information, aiming at the increase of the quality in the attendance to the insured of the proper regimen of social welfare.
