RESUMO

The protection of the intellectual property rights, by using the patents, has stimulated the economic development of many countries, such as mature economies or in development. Analyzing the international trade and the process of development, it is observed that the national system of innovation of a country is valuable to enhance the national industrial park that, in turn, allows to technological innovations that generate wealth and general well-being considering that the products of the creative activity are spread by existing the protection of the patents. However, in the elaboration of the protection norms, the emergent economies come across with the politician-economic influence of the developed countries. Such influence finishes for cooling the process of development of the peripheral economies. The present work aims at to analyze the possibilities of development of the not mature economies considering de the economic politician context, when adopting the protection to the inventive process.
