RESUMO

The objective of this work is to evaluate and calibrate the altimetric models generated by techniques of interferometry SAR in X and P bands, as well as evaluating erros in the method used in the acquisition of ground data. The calibration was performed in order to compensate the interferometric methodology erros, acquisitions erros and ground control points erros. When we use the altimetric model in X band like a surface model (Digital Surface Model DMS), and the model in P band like a model of the terrain (Digital Terrain Model DTM), this two models had not gotten enough exactness and precision for use in modeling of the terrain. To improve these two aspects, were developed a model that, using altimetric information obtained using differential Global Positioning System (GPS) and conventional techniques of topography, corrects the digital models. The work will consist of two stages: calibration of the altimetric models; evaluation of the exactness and precision of the independent models on the basis of given. The developed method, however, allows the calibration of digital models of any nature or any other.
