RESUMO

Chemically prepared polyaniline was doped whit diferents acids by using amonium perssulfate as oxidant agent at pH 1,0. The following acids were used: dodecil benzene sulfonic acid (ADBS), tetra-propil benzene sulfonic acid (ATBS), p-toluene sulfonic acid (APTS) and chloridric acid (HCI). The polyanilines doped whit funcionalized acids showed smaller volumetric conductivity and larger thermal stability than one doped whit HCI. Blends whit these polyanilines and different kinds of nitrilic rubbers were prepared by mechanical mixture by using roll mill. The volumetric conductivity and mechanical properties of blends depend on its composition. Increasing the polyaniline content increases the volumetric conductivity, however, makes the material stiff and britlle.
