AVALIAÇÃO MERCADOLÓGICA E DE PRODUÇÃO AGRÍCOLA, VISANDO A PROPOSIÇÃO DE SISTEMAS AGROFLORESTAIS PARA A MESORREGIÃO SUDOESTE DE MATO GROSSO DO SUL / MERCADOLÓGICA EVALUATION IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, VISANDO A PROPOSAL FOR SAF FOR MESORREGIÃO SOUTHEST MATO GROSSO IN SOUTH

RESUMO

The present work was perceived in municipal district of Dourados/MS, mesoregion southwest of Mato Grosso do Sul, with he purpose of meeting the socio-demographic profile and the habits of consumers shopping of fruits and vegetables, and obtain social indications and agroeclogical develop models for planning of production systems based on agroforestry sistems as an alterntive to the predominant family farming in the region. The study was based on interviews involving producers, consumers, large and samall traders and fairground participating in the production chain and fruit crop in the region of Dourados/MS, both of the city as of some rural settlements, indepedent producers and reflorestadoras. The results led to the following conclusions: 83,8% of 105 consumers interviewed are female and 16,1% male; on the occupation of heads of families, 16,1% are lousinessman, 14,7% were civil servants, 14,7% professionals, 11,7% retirees pensioners, 10,3% undertakers and 32,3% heads of families who have more than one occupation. The repondents aged up to 35 years totalized 60%, from 36 to 55 years, 32,3% and those over 55 years, 7,7%. About the family income, 55,2% have less income than four minimum wages while between 4 and 10 minimum wages, was 34,2% and of 10,5% for more than 10 minimum wages. There is, between interviewed consumers, preference for buy barn products, that dont be mixed, with good appearance, coolness and natural look, but 77,9% of these consumers dont know the origin of products 17,7% of consumers showed interest in obtaining more information about the products that they consume, the benefits that the bing to health and how best to use them, and 16,9% if were produced with or without pesticides. The research results show that the principal obstacles to the marketing of products of the region are the insufficient of production and lack of standardization. The lettwe, tomato, banana, apple and orange are the vegetables and fruits mosta appreciate for consumers. With statement satisfaction of quantity, quality and diversity of products, the interviewed were unamnimous in reply that they were satisfied. On statement organic products, 55,2% of consumers reported that abeady obtained it and the main reason for not purchasing the price is high, and that the most establishments dont sell organic products due to lack of suppliers. The results showed that the various types of friutful, forest and medicinal below, are the best alternatives to be included in the mixture of SAFs, which will meet the needs of small producers in the region, because of its demand and acceptance by consumers and commercial establishments: a) Fruitful: banana, orange, watermelon, papaya and pineapple; b) Forest species: ipê, peroba, cedar, palm trees juçara and pupunha, yerba mate, Eucalyptus grandis e Eucalyptus citriodora; c) Medicinal: boldo, grass-saint, carqueja, chamomile, espinheira-saint. Based on effects of research formulate the following proposals for Agroforestry system for the region: 1) Agrissilvicultural System: having the palm as the main product extracted from palm juçara (Euterpe edulis Mart) associate with agricultural cultures (maize and beans) and timber species (ingá, ipê, and Eucalyptus); 2) Agrissilvicultural system, composed by pupunha (Bactris gasipaes), associate with some agricultural cultures (sweet potato, grass-saint, cassava, watermelon and pineapple) and tree (ingá and peroba); 3) Agrissilvicultural system, with production of bananas, pineapple and cassava, associate with timber species (ingá, eucalyptus, aroeira and guariroba); 4) Agrissilvicultural system, aim to produce of bief cycle of fruitful (pineapple and watermelon), fruitful and palm tree (bananas, guava and pupunha), annual cultures (pig beans and cassava) and forest species (cedar, canafistula, ipê and macaúba); 5) Agrissilvicultural system, with production of fruitful (orange, ponkan, mango and papaya) associated with annual cycle culture (maize, pumpkin and maxixe), tree species (cedar, peroba, canafistula, ingá and gliricídia); 6) Agrissilvicultural system aiming the production of banana, cassava and papaya, associate with forest species (ingá, ipê, cedar and peroba) and bean guandu for covering of soil; 7) Agrissilvicultural system for production of wood, and may be used the Eucalyptus citriodora or E. Grandis in intercropping with agricultural cultures (maize and bean); 8) Agrissilvicultural system having aim of the production of fruitful (banana, papaya), timber species (cedar, ipê, aroeira, ingá, aroeira-red) and palms (macaúba, guariroba and juçara); 9) Agrissilvicultural system, composed of agricultural culture (maize), fruitfues (pineapple, banana and guava) and wood (cedar and aroeira); 10) Agrissilvicultural system, having the main culture the yerba mate, including cassava, pineapple, sweet potato, pumpkin, watermelon, maxixe and guaco; 11) Agrissilvipastoril system aiming the creation of levestock for dairy cattle, based consortuim of maize and cassava with trees (eucalyptus, aroeira and ingá); 12) Silvipastoril system with Eucalyptus (E. Grandis or E. Citriodora) associated with grass Brachiaria brizantha and legume Calopogonium muconoides, having the aim of setting up livestock for daity cattle; 13) Silvipastoril system aiming at the creation of dairy cattle for livestock, composed of scattered or isolated trees in the midst of pasture (hose, leucena, ingá and macaúba); 14) Silvipastoril system, aiming at the creation of daity cattle for livestock, composed of the stock system in the form of wood with cedar, ipê, ingá, jatobá of savannah and peroba. For taining of pasture will be used to B. Brizantha; 15), aiming at the creation of dairy cattle for livestock, composed of tree an shrub species forage such as: canafístula, gliricídia, leucena, mutambo, which will facilitate the creation of the herd, because over the lack of pasture in the station dry, they will exert an important role in the provision of food for cattle.
