RESUMO

This work has because of claiming objective in the context of the supportive models the automanagement of housing cooperatives like the efficient form of production of dwellings, considering these in a vision holístic own of the communitarian integral development, which implicates the dynamic evolution of a human group with cohesion and identity, when citizen was located in a specific space in the perspective of the improvement of his conditions of life and growth. Leaving from an analysis of the determinative factors in the urbane configuration, detaching the paper of the State of privileging the infrastructures in function of the capital, we will see how if it connects with that economical base I when these supportive forms to reduce the social conflicts besides to make possible in the individualist spirit powders moderate the cultural superstructure. From this theoretical context we will be able to insert these specific forms of the urbane one and the housing resulting problems in Brazil, passing by the description of the symptoms of the processes of decadence of the model neoliberal and the emergence of the supportive initiatives and automanagement to value his potential at the direction of the development of the new social politics of dwelling at the country from the contribution of the Uruguayan experience
