Aspectos epidemiologicos das lesões desportivas no voleibol

RESUMO

At firts we attempt to a review of the state ? of ? art reffering to epidemiologic aspexts of sports injuries (L.D). mostly in vollyball. In this sense, it has been observed, in different sports, that the ocurrency of injuries has not been desgarded, and not even the heterogeneity of adapted methodologies, specifically as dor typology and localization. So said, it was conducted a field study about L.D. with athletes of the XII Men?s VolleyBall Word Championship in 1990, with a general objective to consider dependet and/or intervenient variables, trying to describe characteristics like, period and training hours, especific function in the game, cronic and acute injuries already occurred. For this, it was used the methodologic design Perceived Morbidity Survey that was composed of : seasibility study, questionary application processing and analysis fo data. The data obtained poited out the homogeneity of the athletes caracteres, being detected as the most frequently injurie the ankle strain in the moment of the bloq and yet, the knee and shoulder as refered to cronic state. Before the discussion of the characteristics related to the athletes, it has been registred questions that arise from macro-analytical references, such as heterogeneity observed among them when analysis is done about the ( alread documented of ) individual Protection Equipment in the sport practica here analysed ...Note: The complete abstract is available with the full electronic digital thesis or dissertations
