RESUMO

The object of this study is the Productive Arrangement Terra Cozida do Pantanal (Baked Clay of the Pantanal). The targets of the research were, firstly, diagnosing the articulation and the relationships among the actors taking part in the Local Productive Arrangement, as well as the ties established among its members so that conjoint participation and action might be both possible, in addition to the coordination and the control of actions and projects put forward (governance); secondly, attributing competences in order to maintain innovation and collective performance which may revert to local development. The results were grouped and organized in tabular forms, and then correlated with the bibliographic and documentary references. The relationships between the participant actors and the Local Development could be observed in such a way that true distinction goes to the role of the social networks among those actors for the socialization of the knowledge produced; to SEBRAE-MS which was the articulator among the local actors supportive organizations and also provided collective rooms for the learning process; to the Associação Terra Cozida do Pantanal (Baked Clay of the Pantanal Association) which used the strategy of articulation and mobilization to support the participant actors in the Local Productive Arrangement, leading to the conjoint participation and action and, consequently, to the occurrence of the capital stock, the coordination and the control of the actions and projects put forward, so as to surmise the governance.
