As práticas educativas na Casa de Parto David Capistrano Filho sob a ótica do cuidado cultural / The educatives practices at Casa de Parto David Capistrano Filho in the cultural care view

RESUMO

This qualitative study resulted of my experiences like an obstetric male nurse at Casa de Parto David Capistrano Filho (CPDCF), observing and questioning why in this space built for the development of actions about the vision of humanized model, the obstetric nurses support themselves in practics of education in health like a care instrument? Can be aimed: 1) Reflect how this nurses use the education in health like a cultural care tool; 2) Describe the educatives practics developed at CPDCF; 3) Analise the repercussion of educative practics in women s lifed nursed in the parturition house at the vision of concepts of negotiation and restructure of the cultural care theory. The theoric reference analized the education in health and its meeting with the cultural care. Were interviewed sixteen women that had their babies and participated of educative groups and of puerperals consults in the parturition house. The data colected was made by a semistructured interview with the guide question: what are the repercution of educative practics lived at CPDCF in your life? By the analise of the content was identified two categories: 1) The repercutions of educative practics experienced in the pregnant puerperal cicle; 2) The repercutions of the educative practics in acts and speech of the women and their families. The results show us that the educative practs were restructurative in existence of the calm gestation, in the fundation of the maternal bond during the pregnancy, at the genital exercise on gestation, in the lived feelings at the parturition, in the woman s attitude face her parturition work, in the care to the yeanling, in the brest-feeding experience, in the incorporation of the citizenship at the speech, in the habit and lifestyle, the relationship between the woman and her family and the same with the society and in the option and satisfaction by the normal parturition and its advantages. Can be concluded that places of negotiations with the woman of obstetric practics of the humanized model in order to avoid the education in health when restructure aspects of the woman life, change the obstetric practic of medicined approach too.
