Análise das relações climato-hidrológicas e das demandas hídricas no alto curso da bacia hidrográfica do Rio Bagagem/MG

RESUMO

The rational searching for rational use of the hidric resources motivated this thesys whose objetctive was to know the climate-hidrologic processes that happen inside a hidrografic basin by the human interference in the environment. The understanding of those processes propitiated subsidies for the understanding of the space organization of the area, mainly concerning to the water use, because the intense use of the superficial springs to assists the irrigated agriculture cause enormous impacts to the environment. The rural activities and the way of use and soil occupation interfere in the climate dynamic as in case of retreat of the natural soil protection, the construction of artificial dams and the substitution of the original vegetable covering for cultures and pastures areas which modify the atmosphere and, in a direct way, they alter the hydrologic behavior. From the cartographic base, weve identified the points for the fluvimetric net installation as well as the division of the area in 11 subbasins, of which specific points were delimited, with stable sections to install the 11 stations fluviometric. The occurrence of a dry period and a rainy one in the studied area turns favorable to the agricultural practice, once the rainy period becomes constant and it is following by a dry station that favors the crop and it is accounted still a hidrografic net that makes possible the irrigated agricultural practice and deserves an adaptation of its use once badly used carts environmental damages. The agricultural activities during the dry period or when there is short summer station Drought occurrence becomes viable because the irrigation that removes water directly from the river Bagagem and their tributaries. Among the used methods its stood out equipments as the cannon, gut, leak and central pivot. The collected data supplied subsidies that demonstrated the water offer inside the basin hidrografic during the analyzed period was enough to supply their needs. In other terms, to guarantee the irrigation of the cultures and the minimum flow "70% of Q710", demanded by the effective legislation. The administration of the waters in the basin of the Bagagem river counts with the aid of the producers that through reliever measures in obedience to the legal requirements are constituted primordial condition by the effective environmental laws, for conservation of the hidric resources. The hidric demand of the properties located in the high course of the Bagagem river is primordial because there is pressing need of suplementação of this natural resource in defined periods such as the autumn and winter.
