RESUMO

In this work, one presents the implementation of tools aiming at teaching and researching in industrial automation. For that, one adopts the concepts, tools and environrnents of computer aided teaching and distance learning, via didactic platforms. In these platforms, one can find the main elements that could be found in production automatic systems, which are the Operative Part (system to be controled) and the Command Part (control system). By using e-learning concepts, one presents a methodology for knowledge transmission in the area of automation
