RESUMO

The distance education is a education modality with the mediation of didactic resources systematically organized, presented in different supports of information, used separately or combined and linked by the several media. Nowadays, the use of the Internet with all its mechanisms of information, communication and cooperation, provides great opportunities for the distance education, making possible the construction of the knowledge in a faster way and with wider objectives than any other technological resource used in the distance education until today. However, to create courses in the Internet that use those mechanisms in an integrated way is a relatively complex task that demands endeavor on the part of the teachers that don t have technical knowledge in computer science. Starting from these verifications the virtual distance teaching-learning environment denominated TelEduc was developed. With the use of that environment, the need of development of tools was verified so that, besides preparing the courses, the teacher is able to change the foreseen content in order to assist his interests and the students needs. Seeking to supply that need, in this work is described the AutorWeb environment that allows the creation and administration of courses in the TelEduc environment
