RESUMO

This dissertation explains about humor on visual arts, looking through references such like Flaubert, Baudelaire, Jonathan Swift, Antoine Compagnon, George Minois, José Guadalupe Posada, Maurizio Cattelan, Freud, Escarpit, Bergson, Manet, Duchamp, Barthes, Breton, in order to analyse the works of the artists Guto Lacaz, Francis Alÿs e Zbiegniew Libera. Also presented in annex the Inventory of ready-made ideas, a list of copied ideas from contemporary art, written in cooperation by me and Samir Lucas.
