RESUMO

Recent Airborne Survey data from the Goias state was processed and interpreted in the present dissertation. Radiometric data was adquired sampling between 1 s and 0.1 s for magnetometry, flying at a height of 100 meters, with spacing of 500m and tied with control lines with spacing of 5000m, collected througout NS production lines. We describe the techniques used from the acquisition stage until the processing of the data. The processing algorithm was used in the minimum curvature radiometric data and bi-directional algorithm (bigrid) in magnetic cells to generate interpolation of 125m. The data were microleveled in order to soften the spatial distribution for the manufacture of processed products of anomalous magnetic field. The integration and interpretation of high resolution magnetometric and radiometric products, with the knowledge acquired in geological mapping in 1:100.000 scale, permit better understanding the structural framework of the Mara Rosa magmatic Arc. The study area in the Santa Terezinha de Goiás region, presents complex deformation pattern, forming a series of nappe system of faults, limited by several compressional shear zones. The region is characterized by alternating bands of elongated or concave plutonic rocks intercalated with supracrustal metasedimentary rocks . It used the technique of Euler decovolution 2D and 3D, to estimate the depth of the tops of the magnetic sources of magnetic anomalies. Various geophysical products, including various forms of display of the technique of Euler decovolution, was investigated and the results suggested shallow sources. The nappes of the Santa Terezinha de Goias sequence show depth approximately between 700 and 1000m. This information helped the delineation and characterization of the geometry and the behaviour of nappes. The new data resulted in modifications to the existing geological maps, in addition to enabling the identification of areas with likely economic potential. Although the region has been subject of several other works, this present, innovates as the quality of the recent airborne survey data and new techniques applied, which have improved the knowledge of the Magmatic Arc of Goiás.
