RESUMO

In the last 30 years, the Brazilian .political system had been suffered an assortment of historical events that culminated with the reintroduction of democratic practice after nearly 25 years of authoritarian rule. It raised inevitably the issue of political socialization among sectors of the population, and we had taken the adolescents, especifically the 2nd grade students, to attend to the main purpose of this study that is verify if the political attitudes that are emerging are congruentes with the reintroduction of democratic practice in the country. Through this study we expect to bring a contribuition to the reflection about the kind of political person that one may expect these adolescents to become in the future and gain information about the Brazilian political system as well, particulary with regard to the Democracy rule consolidation
