RESUMO

The object of study is the analysis of the production of care in Mental Health, taking as note the therapeutic approaches group developed by employees of the Center of Psychosocial Care (CAPS) in the city of Fortaleza-CE. The production of care through the practice group is developed from interventions arising from the relationships in which host, link, autonomy, responsibility and resolution are available in clinical practice for the social subjects involved in the process of confronting the difficulties arising from mental disorders. Aiming to understand how the therapeutic approaches in group have been constructed in the production of care in the daily of CAPS of Fortaleza-CE, involving technologies of relationships built by workers and users as well, discussing the meanings attributed by workers to the therapeutic approaches in groups operated in those services. The methodology of qualitative research, in a criticalanalytical perspective, was chosen as able to understand the social phenomenon and its relations in the investigated context. The subjects of the study were workers of CAPS who develop therapeutic approaches activities in group and users of therapeutic groups, in which we used the focus group with employees and the systematic observation of therapeutic groups to collect data. Data analysis was based on the assumptions of the analysis of critical content and reflective of Minayo (2006) and Assis (1998). The results revealed that the group phenomenon can be configured as an enhanced device of health activities, to the extent that nurture the relationship between different aspects of mental disorder. Thus, the results enable the questioning of structures and the denaturalization of ways of living, producing objective and subjective changes, both for users and for their families and the workers themselves. The conformation of the therapeutic approaches in CAPS group presents itself as a possibility of implementing a strategy to promote autonomy and transformation, by innovative interchange that the phenomenon group may give its members, making it possible to improvise new forms of relationship, through the facilitation of interpersonal relationships and the production of relations between the actors of the process. The group activities have the possibility of changing the work of the team of Mental Health and go to a more horizontal relationship between workers and users, translated in the emergence of attitudes of trading and share of power and professional autonomy, allowing them the sharing of knowledge and decisions. Workers of CAPS include the therapeutic group as a space to promote positive self-esteem and growth of the user, because the group setting provides moments of expression of singularities, as well as learning new ways of dealing with their difficulties, thereby facilitating the way the members of the group conduct their lives. Moreover, the activities carried out in a group enables dynamic movement from different knowledge disciplines in intersectoral actions in daily practice, performed by the investigated services. It is necessary that, for the production of care, carried out by the group activities, the approaches are based on activities, procedures and innovative knowledge and based on the essence of the assumptions of the psychosocial model of attention to Mental Health, whose premises are, basically, considering the user in their individuality by offering subsidies to (re) construction of its subjectivity and citizenship. .
