Since we perceive the Latin-American Literature like one mature system in esthetic and formal terms its clear that one of the processes used by this literature to promote this maturation is the phenomenon of transculturacion proposed by Angel Rama. The tradition is retaking from the original movement that, in the case of this analysis, promotes one second reading of the tragic and the tragedy, bringing them to the Latin-American Space and giving power and originality to our literature. The novels in this study confirm the tragedy presence updated and redimensioned to the space and times of the Latin-America: Gabriel García Marquezs Crônica de uma morte anunciada, Ernesto Sabatos O túnel, Autran Dourados Os sinos da agonia, Juan Rulfos Pedro Paramo, José María Arquedas Os rios profundos and Raduan Nassars Lavoura Arcaica.
