RESUMO

The research was development in Aprender a Pensar Program, which is a especial class with Pull-Out Program characteristics, based on Edward de Bonos Thinking Program CORT 1. This program works the process of decision in children from five to fourteen years old through verbalization. Part of this research had as an objective operate strategies of leadership through social interactions with gifted children. To register the situation, naturalistic observation was used in order to identify characteristics of leadership in gifted children, considering that leadership is the most important characteristic for successful social relations, maximized, according to evaluative purpose. In these observations were considered: gender, time of socializing and the gifteds selection, was utilized like indicative the percentile at Raven Progress Matrices equal or more than 95. The first two first observations were performed boys only, however with the results, it was need to observe boys and girls. According to the used with methodology and individuals of this research, it was expected to find gifted person and the leadership behavior as well as in the cientific books describe: a leadership by gifted to dominance. So with the results of this work it was proposed a model of leadership and gifted based on machiavellian intelligence, that will have a evaluative function only if there is moral counciouness.
