RESUMO

The research had for object the Politics of high school and as objective generality the analysis of the politics of average education of Mato Grosso do Sul, investigating the principles of high school on the "Escola Guaicuru" from 1999 to 2002 and its subsidies. The necessity was distinguished as objective specific to understand the determinative descriptions that have informed the implantation of this politics. It justifies the research, the lack of the thematic one in the scope of the academy on the politics of high school in course. The adopted methodology was of bibliographical revision to select the state of the art, of the analysis of document and workmanship, and still, empirical boarding in the schools and the State Secretariat of Education was become fullfilled. One concludes that high school Guaicuru had as principle the totality to answer to the problems of the spalling of the knowledge; for in such a way, it adopted the perspective of the science of history. In this direction, in the correlation of forces of the society, high school has the function to propagate the knowledge produced in the real movement and the current moment of the society considers to carry through this anti-hegemonic and transforming task.
