This dissertationsâs central theme is the presentation of the concept of modernity in Walter Benjamin since the reading of Charles Baudelaireâs poetic work. The objective of this reading to identify the true vision of reflexion is about modernity that was built between the modern and ancient categories. Through these connections, Benjamin could reflect the modern experience of the 19 th century.
