RESUMO

This research presents the development of an application that enables management of interference between networks of services caused by lack of infrastructure management needs of the area underground. With this system application together with a properly updated cadastral system will become possible to identify which areas of the underground have a saturated giving managers plan more accurately the areas of expansion of their networks. For its preparation was necessary to understand the activities associated with updating registration information inside the companies of services infrastructure, and examine how these companies exchanged data among their companies. It was also necessary to study concepts for interoperability of spatial data. Thus it was possible to develop an application system in accordance with the standards for interoperability set by the OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium), which has provided its users to exchange information with other companies holding cadastral spatial data through web access, where these users can access the registry changes in a timely fashion.
