A inserção da psicanálise na saúde mental da reforma psiquiátrica brasileira : possibilidades e desafios

RESUMO

The present work aims to study how the psychoanalysis can be included in the mental health field in the context of psychiatric reform. The study was developed from the literature review of publications by contemporary authors who study the interface between psychoanalysis and mental health. The study of the material consisted of approximately fifty publications, among them books, scientific articles, book chapters, dissertations and doctoral theses. From the study of these publications, we identified research centers who study this interface, which we included IPUB Instituto de Psiquiatria da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and IPSM/MG Instituto de Psicanálise e Saúde Mental de Minas Gerais. At first we try to make dialogues between psychoanalysis and mental health and then point the possibilities of inclusion of psychoanalysis in this context. The proposals of contemporary authors who bet on that interface are presented. Then, some questions for psychoanalysis in public mental health are developed. Finally, we seek to promote dialogues between mental health, psychoanalysis and serious psychic suffering.
